Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
Shipping within Australia
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Express Post — Flat rate of $
Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery. Selecting Express Post does not guarantee next-day delivery to all areas. Please refer to Australia Post’s Express Post network coverage at https://auspost.com.au/sending/delivery-speeds-and-coverage for delivery timeframes to your location.
International shipping
We offer international shipping on a limited basis. Please contact us before placing an order at laura@laurawilsonauthor.com.au with your country and the items you wish to purchase. We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Prints and cards are packaged with protective materials.
