Our returns policy
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We will offer a replacement or refund only where an item arrives damaged as a result of transit.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us on the same day you receive the item
- Email laura@laurawilsonauthor.com.au with your order number
- Include clear photographs showing the damage to the item and the packaging
Claims received after the day of delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually. Where a valid damage claim is approved, we will offer a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund at our discretion.
No change of mind returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Items that do not meet personal expectations where the product matches its description on the website
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
